This agreement applies to domain names you register, renew or transfer through us. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
We provide domain services as a reseller of an accredited registrar. Your domain is registered in your name with an ICANN-accredited registrar. The domain belongs to you, not to us.
1. Rules that bind you directly
Registering a domain creates a relationship not only with us but with the registrar and the registry operating the extension. As a result:
- ICANN's policies for registered name holders,
- the rules of the registry operating your extension (Verisign for .com, TRABIS for .tr, and so on),
- the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and, where applicable, the URS
are directly binding on you. When these rules change we must follow them; they are outside our control.
2. Registration data and accuracy
ICANN requires registered name holders to provide accurate, complete and current contact information.
- You must update your details promptly when they change.
- Deliberately providing false information, or failing to respond to a verification request within 15 days, results in suspension of the domain. This is an obligation ICANN places on us; it is not at our discretion.
- Some extensions require verification of your email address. If you do not respond to the verification email, the domain stops resolving.
3. WHOIS / RDDS
Some of your registration data may be published in the public lookup services (WHOIS/RDDS) operated by the registry and registrar. Which fields appear varies by extension and by the data protection rules in force; for natural persons covered by the GDPR, contact details are redacted for most extensions.
Where the extension supports it, you may request privacy/proxy protection. Note that such protection can be lifted in response to a lawful request or a UDRP proceeding.
4. Renewal, expiry and recovery
Domains are time-limited and are lost if not renewed. The process varies by extension but typically runs as follows:

| Deleted | ~65–75 days | The domain is released and anyone may register it. It cannot be recovered. |
Sending reminders is our responsibility; renewing is yours. Keep the email address in your client area current. A reminder landing in a spam folder does not create liability for a lost domain. We recommend leaving auto-renew enabled on domains that matter to you.
5. Fees
Registration, renewal and transfer fees are published on our site. They may change with registry pricing and exchange rates; when a registry announces an increase, your renewal price changes with it. We notify you of price changes before renewal.
Because domain fees are passed irrevocably to the registrar at the moment of registration, they are non-refundable — see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Transfers
Transferring to us: the domain must be at least 60 days old, unlocked, and you must hold the authorisation (EPP/Auth) code from your current provider. A transfer usually adds one year to the registration term.
Transferring away: you may move your domain to another provider at any time. You can obtain your EPP code from the client area or request it from us; we supply it within 5 days and charge nothing for it. We do not block transfers where you have no unpaid invoice.
ICANN rules prohibit transfers within 60 days of registration or of a previous transfer.
7. Disputes
A UDRP proceeding may be brought against you alleging that your domain infringes a trade mark. Such proceedings are run not by us but by dispute resolution providers approved by ICANN, such as WIPO.
Where a UDRP panel or a court orders the transfer, cancellation or locking of a domain, we are obliged to implement it. For .tr extensions, the dispute resolution mechanism operated by TRABIS applies.
8. Name servers
You may change your domain's name servers at any time. By default ours are set. Name server changes take 24–48 hours to propagate across the internet, and that propagation is not under our control.
9. Liability
Our liability in respect of domain operations is limited to the amount you paid us for the domain concerned. We are not liable for decisions of registries or registrars, for ICANN policy changes, or for the application of extension-specific rules.
If a registration request fails through a technical error and the domain is registered by someone else in the meantime, our liability is limited to refunding the amount we collected.
